Ingredients
2 lbs (900 g)
boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 tbsp
oil
1 pkg

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Coat chicken pieces with oil. Place crumb mix in resealable plastic bag. Working with a few pieces at a time, shake gently until evenly coated. Place on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner.
  2. Cook 15–20 min, until chicken is cooked through. Serve with your favourite dip, aioli, or gravy.
Tips

Make it vegetarian and swap chicken for tofu. Add leftovers to nourish bowls or use as poutine topper.

Perfectly Balance Your Plate

Serve with 1 cup dark leafy greens, 1 cup mixed veggies, 12 cup cooked grains, 12 cup starchy veggies and a Tbsp of your favourite Epicure Salad Dressing
