Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a Sheet Pan with a Bake & Roll.
  • Cut chicken into small pieces. Coat with oil.
  • Place mix in a resealable plastic bag. Add one piece of chicken at a time, shaking gently until evenly coated.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15 min or until cooked through.

Tip: For extra flavour, coat chicken pieces with your favourite dip, then coat with crumb mixture.
