Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 1 large zucchini, unpeeled and cut into large sticks
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Vegetable Seasoning
  • Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
  • Garlic Pepper - Grinder, to taste
  • 1/3 C (80 ml) freshly grated Parmesan cheese, optional

Preparation


 
  • Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Brush zucchini sticks with vegetable oil, sprinkle with Vegetable Seasoning and season with Sea and Garlic Pepper.
  • Barbecue until slightly tender and grill marked. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese before serving, if desired.

Tip: Zucchini can also be oven roasted on a Sheet Pan.
