Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 2 cans (4 oz/120 g) light tuna
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) Creamy Guacamole Dip, prepared
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 4 whole-wheat pitas or tortillas
  • 3/4 C (180 ml) low-fat marble cheese, grated

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 400° F (205 °C).
  • Combine tuna, Guacamole Dip and apple in a mixing bowl.
  • Place pitas or tortillas on parchment-lined Sheet Pan. Top with tuna mixture and cheese.
  • Bake until cheese melts and pita is crisp. Serve warm.
